We're happy to announce the release of a new CTC-developed site this week, Progress Illinois. The site offers a mix of news, analysis, and links, with more features -- including original video -- coming soon. From the Progress Illinois site:

We built the site using Drupal and implemented a custom design provided by a third-party designer.
