CTC would like to congratulate the staff of ProgressIllinois.com, which was named the #1 Illinois political blog by MidwestBusiness.com.  The site was recognized for its unique content, look and feel, and navigation.  CTC team members Dave Chakrabarti, David Eads, and Nick Keiser worked on the PI site throughout the spring and summer of 2008.
